I chose the Signal Fire name from Matthew 5:14 "You are the light of the world. A town/city on a hill cannot be hidden." By definition a signal fire is a beacon or intentionally built fire to be a guiding light. We are called as believers in a world that's getting darker and darker, to be that beacon to those who may not otherwise hear the good news of having a new life in Christ. I landed on Outfitters for the same reason. John 14:16. "And I will ask the Father and He will give another Advocate, who will never leave you." Outfitters help, eqip and guide people going into unforgiving, dangerous places in this world. We have been equiped with the Holy Spirit as our helper. We pray these will be a conversation starter for you to share that good news and be that light.
I also want to suport the Christian metal scene, so alot of these designs are geared toward that community. Being a metalhead I know the impact music has on a person. Which is why I try to showcase music from Christian bands (with permission of course) as much as I can in the brnad's posts and reels to further the reach of those bands. Psalm 135:3 "Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; celebrate his name with music." God created music, all music. So it's only fitting that all music should give Him the glory and praise.
When I open up the donations link all donations and a portion of all profits made will be donated to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). By partnering with them financially we will help impact students and coaches on their turf (pun intended) to help them use their platforms to be the hands and feet of Jesus to point those around them to the cross. Those ripples will be felt for generations to come. I would like to encourage you to search out your local FCA representatives to see where any needs might be in their ministry. They can be found here at fca.org.
While I belive that anything can be used for evil, God can use it for His glory and purpose. With that, I want fully disclose that while myself and trusted pastors in my life have the ultimate decision on the final products, I do use some public domain content as well as some ai generated content. These can range from a description to an image.
